Don Wilson Jr. is a crooked and unethical lawyer. Why is this crooked lawyer smiling? Is it because he has stolen MILLIONS of dollars from people who have sued their lawyers for malpractice and lost because of his insurance fraud scam? There is plenty of credible evidence that Don Wilson Jr. is a crooked lawyer. He has operated an arbitration scam for over 20 years. If a person sues their lawyer for malpractice and a retainer agreement exists that specifies any dispute between the lawyer and client shall be resolved through arbitration, the person cannot prevail. The arbitration is fixed. That is stealing. Don Wilson Jr. has stolen Millions of dollars from people who sued their lawyers for malpractice. It does not matter how strong the evidence is. The arbitration is held, and the lawyer is found innocent. There is no record; no court reporter is present at the arbitration. The result is supposed to be final. My name is Victor Weintraub. For forty years, I operated my own commercial mortgage company. First Charter Financial Corporation. I have now retired. During that time, I had only one incident of a dispute with a borrower. In my opinion, he did a very bad job representing First Charter. He made several serious errors and violated his fiduciary duties to me for his own benefit. It is all public record. I sued him for malpractice. Don Wilson Jr., the crooked and unethical lawyer, represented Hovore. My case went to arbitration, and I lost in the rigged arbitration. Don Wilson stole $500,000 from my company. I made complaints to the Bar Association, but they took no action due to the rigged arbitration.
